Now that we are retired we have the opportunity to put down a record of our lives, our children and their children. This keeps friends and family up-to-date and shows on photographs how we are all growing older...

Diana' sister Jen has compiled a fantastic family tree
of the Jacques family and published it on the Internet. As Mick
married into this clan, he has a mention and it was picked up by Linda
Dunn in Auckland, New Zealand who is researching the Handcock family.
We learn from her that Mick's paternal grandmother, born Isabella
Handcock, had a brother who died in Nelson, New Zealand, which is where
Julian and family live (what a small world). He was buried
in Blenheim. On a recent business trip to Blenheim, Julian looked
up some details of the Handcock family and these are listed with
information from Linda Dunn on a new page about the Handcock family.
